The conclusive EVIDENCE.

The Reasoning:

•    the above pictured parasites purported to be entering under the Health Act, [they are acting under the Health Act, as the Health Regulation 1996, to which they refer, in the subject line of the letter, is promulgated under the Health Act 1937], therefore the Health Act 1937controls their actions.  Pursuant to the Health Act 1937, [Sec 160(2) MANDATES the Brisbane City Council needed either my permission or a court order, PRIOR to their entering my property.  They needed a Court Order  to enter upon my property.  They admit that.  Nothing saves them.  They cannot allege emergency, and have not, anyway.  They cannot allege any other intervening event, and have not. 
•   The Brisbanc City Council intended to bluff their way into my property.  They called the police.  The police attended.  The police cannot make an illegal act, of entering my property legal.  They entered my property by opening my gate.   I did not open it.  I was being threatened by the CRIMINAL POLICE PARASITE HENRI ELIAS RANTALA [sound like " 'e lies Rantala" ],  so I stood back and stated that I am not blocking them "but I am also not inviting you to enter my property".  Being trained in law including criminal law, I was aware of the necessary elements for them to have 'broken and entered' my property.  They opened the gate,  [That is illegal breaking;], and went through into my yard.   That is, they entered.  That is then the criminal act of 'breaking and entering'.  They removed my valuable property, They sold off various portions to different people,already organized, who came and neatly loaded up different parts of my property on respective trucks.  The police were armed [see the weapon on the BIG HIP above].  Since the above parasites,  the photographed CRIMINALS, Steve Beck, Owen Benvenuti, and Paul Maxwell, were engage in this  'joint entreprise', they are ALL GUILTY of  ARMED ROBBERY, by the concept of Criminal Law, called 'Common Purpose'. 
• Centrally relevant here is the concept of Criminal Law, called 'Common Purpose'.  'Common Purpose' means that if a crime occurs, all the participants are guilty of the same crime.   It is not necessary  to consider each  criminal in turn to decide which crimes he has committed.  Consider an example.  Suppose, a robbery occurs.  Consider three of the criminals enter the establishment to steal property, and one criminal remains in the getaway car with the engine running.  Consider he believes that the other three are unarmed.  Consider that only one of the other three that enter the establishment, decides to carry a weapon, without the knowledge of the other three. 
• Consider,  they are disturbed by an 'employee' of the establishment, and the criminal carrying the weapon, pulls it.  Consider the employee just lies down, is tied up and the weapon is not fired, and the robbers flee with some stolen property..  Then ALL FOUR are guilty of ARMED ROBBERY,  EVEN THE GETAWAY DRIVER WHO KNEW NOTHING OF THE WEAPON.  With so many variations on that scenario, the getaway driver is still guilty of ARMED ROBBERY.  Even if the criminal did not produce the weapon, all four are armed robbers.  That is also the case even if the weapon was a replica gun, or non existent, but in that case one criminal made an act as though he was armed, or stated he was.
