Proof of Corruption in the
New South Wales Independent Commission Against Corruption (NSW) ICAC. We
are happy to include examples here of other corruption by Queensland's
Crime and Misconduct Commission (QLD), the Independent
Commission Against Corruption (NSW), and the Corruption and Crime
Commission (WA).
There
are THREE ways [at
least],
aspects, dimensions or perspectives from which thisAustralian Public-Sector Anti-Corruption Conference 2009 is a fraud
and a rort.
The matter of sponsorship; that these public sector
parasites expect business who deal with them to give them payola
That the public servants can conspire between themselves, in
private without any prying eyes or ears, and so conspire
to defraud the 'them' [that is
us, the community- the non public servants] as compared to the 'US' of
public sector parasites.
We are happy to
include examples here of other corruption by Queensland's Crime and
Misconduct Commission (QLD), the Independent
Commission Against Corruption (NSW), and the Corruption and Crime
Commission (WA). Centrally
relevant here is the concept of Criminal Law, called 'Common Purpose'. 'Common Purpose' means that if a
crime occurs, all the participants are guilty of the same
crime. It is not necessary to consider each criminal
in turn to decide which crimes he has committed. Consider an
example. Suppose, a robbery occurs. Consider three of the
criminals enter the establishment to steal property, and one criminal
remains in the getaway car with the engine running. Consider he
believes that the other three are unarmed. Consider that only one
of the other three that enter the establishment, decides to carry a
weapon, without the knowledge of the other three.
Consider,
they are disturbed by an 'employee' of the establishment, and the
criminal carrying the weapon, pulls it. Consider the employee
just lies down, is tied up and the weapon is not fired, and the robbers
flee with some stolen property.. Then ALL FOUR are guilty of
ARMED ROBBERY, EVEN THE GETAWAY DRIVER WHO KNEW NOTHING OF THE
WEAPON. With so many variations on that scenario, the getaway
driver is still guilty of ARMED ROBBERY. Even if the criminal did
not produce the weapon, all four are armed robbers. That is also
the case even if the weapon was a replica gun, or non existent, but in
that case one criminal made an act as though he was armed, or stated he
was.
In
this matter of Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference,
despite what they may say is their motive in promoting and running
this, it is a freebie for public sector parasites and a method for
corrupt public sector parasites to extend their network of
corrupt contacts. The publicity that this is intended to
create, is for the purpose of promoting the criminal
organizations, Queensland's Crime and Misconduct Commission
(QLD), the Independent Commission Against Corruption (NSW), and the
Corruption and Crime Commission (WA). I have shown that the
Queensland's Crime and Misconduct Commission (QLD) is corrupt.
Queensland's Crime and Misconduct Commission (QLD) is using the
instance of this Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference
2009, if nothing else, to promote their organization. As it is a
corrupt organization, that is a corrupt act. Since, the
Independent
Commission Against Corruption (NSW), and the Corruption and Crime
Commission (WA), without anything more, on the part of either, are
engaged with a COMMON PURPOSE, they too are corrupt. It is very
likely that both the Independent
Commission Against Corruption (NSW), and the Corruption and Crime
Commission (WA) have committed many other crimes similar to those
committed by Queensland's CMC. Clearly, apart from Kevin
Rudd
even, Queensland Corruption has spread Australia Wide.
